Lets Taco’bout it

Everyone loves a good breakfast burrito, but there is just something different about a breakfast taco, it may take the morning cake.

A breakfast taco can be dressed up or dressed down any way you like! This is how we make ours but feel free to substitute bacon for sausage, veggies, or any protein of your choice really! Same goes for the cheese, we love cheddar in the morning, but use what ever you like or have on hand.

For the potatoes, sometimes we fry them and sometimes we use an Air Fryer! Feel free to try either method!

To fry them in oil:

  1. Cut the potatoes in 1x1 mini cubes

  2. Drop into oil that is about 350 degrees for about 10-12 min depending on crispiness you like

  3. Once done, place on a paper towel to dry of excess oil

  4. Season with salt, onion, and garlic powder

To Air fry them:

  1. Cut the potatoes in 1x1 mini cubes

  2. Coat in olive oil, add salt, onion, and garlic powder

  3. Air Fry for 18 minutes at 380 degrees, flipping halfway

If you want to make your own salsa you can follow are super simple and delicious recipe here! We find the best and quickest way to toast tortillas is to broil them on low fir about 2 minutes on each side.
